I bought an Air conditioner 2 years back and this year its not at all working as a result i called the service people to check what was the problem , he said it was problem with gas so he filled it and went away, the very next day the a/c once again stopped giving its coolness as i was forced to call these people once again with almost difficulty this time they came and dismantled the a/c and took it to there service center and gave after 10+ days and very next day the same problem continues, Got fed up with these people brought an a/c expert to check the status of the a/c he said that there is definitely a problem with COMPRESSOR and had to be replaced so that a/c to function properly. I still have a warranty for the product(even compressor) and when i call back these people they say i will come tomorrow but unfortunately that tomorrow never comes, As a result of the service cost i paid 2167 once and 892 once summing up 3059 rupees so i am forced to complaint against this company

I want LG service center people to contact me immediately and replace the old compressor which is in warranty with an new one and make the Air conditioner work properly
