I had purchased LG air conditioner on 12-10-2013. I was not able to on my ac. I complaint regarding that somewhere on 18-04-2014 and lg executive visited three times, but they were not able to resolve the problem. Then finally Mr Shakeel, engineer that visited my home told me that your ac will be replace and for that I had to submit the original bill. I sent scan copy of original bill and also scan copy of letter head I got from Big Bazar mentioning all the detail by big Bazar officer, because I purchased ac from big Bazar electronic segment. Sir/Mam, As I have mentioned it is almost 1 month my problem has not been resolved. And again they told me to file the complaint. I request you to help me out to resolve the proble and LG must replace my AC as they have promised me.
