LG – Bad customer service and poor mobile set

Five months after the purchase of my handset, battery died. It was replaced after payment, though it was covered under warranty. Thereafter, phone started to have technical problems like prolonged lagging and became unresponsive, jack of headset not working (replaced without payment). Even after 5 visits to the service centres within a year, phone continues to be unresponsive.

I want full refund of the mobile handset and cost I incurred in battery. I also want company to pay for my numerous travel to the dealer. Company as well as the dealer must also apologize for mental harassment caused to me.
