Dear Sir/Madam, I bought new mobile phone(X328) from Mobile zone gallery (J.M.Road) for Rs. 1900 on 25-Nov-13 which has clock problem. It runs faster than normal clock by 1/2 hr within a day & I had informed about the same in shop & shopkeeper asked me to go to service centre, according I visited 3 times for that problem; they keep telling me that problem is solved but it is not yet solved. I requested them for new mobile but they refusing. Please help me to sort out this issue. Thanks! Savita Londhe.
