I bought this fridge around 20 days ago and since beginning it has problem with its door. Fridge is around Rs 70000 after discount but then too no one bothered. I registered around 3 complaint online and 7 times on phone and only 1 person visited 1 time. He tried few things and said we need to change door valves in new fridge. After that no one visited ever. I open complaint on LG india online and next day without even coming to my place,they just close complaints. It is really so frustrating that new fridge is making noise since beginning and ice particles are appearing outside fridge compartment.

I need a full replacement of this faulty product. Model no – GC-L207GSYV Serial no – 402TRGQ0V527
