I had pre booking LG G5 phone with LG free cam offer, I ordered Gold phone which I received but problem is cam plus they are giving us of Silver color. I tried to convince the dealer and email LG and dealer Magnet both for the issue, but there is no solution till time and even nobody is entertaining us. Dealer is insisting to take only silver color from first day like harassment they treating like they are doing obligation on us.

Cellphone value is 53000/- and cam plus is approximate 6000/ which color is not matching with phone. This is unusable as it totally looks odd if use silver cam plus with gold phone.

We want Cam plus with same color, and must be fined Dealer and Brand for misbehaving and not providing product as per specification and harassing customers. Since last 4 month we are struggling to get the product which payment done before 4 months.
