Sir, I have approached you with much aggrandizement and pain about the response that I received from LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. regarding repair/replacement of my mobile phone of Model “Nexus 5”.
Please find the chronology of the events that led to this complaint: Product : Mobile Phone Company : LG Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Model : Nexus 5 Model No. : LGDB21. AINDWH IMEI No. 35213606 7089769 -> 53490067 759346 Please find the timeline as it happened: 1) 22-April-2014 : I bought this Mobile Phone Nexus 5 from GO Mobile. 2) 26-08-2014 : I vsited LG Electronics Service center with the compplaint about the touch screen not responsive and receiver not working. The touch screen and Receiver were replaced (vide Job No. RNA140826039046). 3) 18-December-2014 : I visited LG electronics as the same phone rebooting automatically and mobile data was also not working. The main CB assembly was replaced (vide Job No. RNA141218034864) with IMEI no. changed. The Old IMEI No. was 352136067089769 and the new IMEI No. is 53490067759346 4) 1 week later : It was found the screen was not showng anything as the internal screen panel was damaged. When I visited same service center, they said that this was a physical damage and I will be charged for replacement. The cover screen was intact with not even a scratch. So, there is no way the internal screen can be damaged without the cover screen being affected. Sir, this is what I demanded from them but they did not comply with my request. 1) Either the internal screen is replaced free of cost as my phone is within warranty. or 2) My phone be replaced as a whole Sir, I am facing a lot of problem for this as I am not being able to use my phone due to uncooperative attitude of the staff. As a person in service with a private company and my wife being pregnant I am going through a lot of mental agony for this. Please help me to resolve this issue.
