LG LEDTV – Manufacturing defect delar not responding

I purchased an LED 32 Inches TV from Better Deals Electronics Pvt. Ltd. vide Bill no. 1223 dated 24th May, 2013. Just within 3 months from the date of purchase, the TV had a serious problem needing replacement of some essential part. I telephoned to the customer care of LG whereupon their representative came and replaced the part. I humbly requested them to replace the TV by another TV on the ground that when a new TV costing Rs. 30,500 may have problem just within three months, it indicates that there is a serious manufacturing defect and hence the desired way is to replace the TV for the satisfaction but nobody took care of me at all. Now, again within the next 12 months the same problem occurred. I am requesting them to replace the TV because because the previous problem which occurred just within the 3 months of purchase has been continuing and now that has become a chronic problem.
