LG – Misbehavior by staff no service

i wanted to complain about the shitty service of your men at d local service center in baroda,gujarat. today(30-8-2014) i went in the morning for some problem about storage space and the download not possible for the google play. These people are so lazy, Out of 5 persons in d service center, only 1 was sitting in d counter, and rest of them were doing time pass. There was so lag in the work and all people were frustrated due to it. they told me to collect my phone in the evening by 4 and asked me to call between 4 and 5 to ensure if my phone was done. i called thrice on d phone no. and on the landline, they didn’t pick up. the work they were going to do was just formatting, but as soon i reached the center, they told it would be done by Monday. NOW, WHAT KIND OF SHITTY SERVICE IS THIS SIR, HOW MUCH TIME FORMATTING TAKES, even other people were frustrated and one of your men shouted at the customer “GET OUT”. i hereby request you to take some serious action against it, and send me an apology letter or something, or else i have some other screwed up customers, who are ready to complain about xolo in the SANDESH NEWSPAPER.
