I sir, i have ordered for a shirt(antonio denim shirt) on online purchase at yepme .com on 22 july 2014 for rs.863/- and the transaction details from sbi internet service is(131824328igx1833366 transfer to 3217).i have not yet received the shirt or refund yet. i have been complaining about it to their customer care no 0124-4750200(from 22-7-2014).but no use. on 11-08-2014, i got a message on my mobile that the order has been delivered.once again i complained abt it and they told me the will send it it the earliest,but no use … by the time i called them several times and they are telling silly excuses…and on 23-08-2014 they told me that their refund is in progress and not yet received. please take necessary steps for speedy refund.
