I booked 4 3AC tickets on Indian railways for shivshakti express (from Jammu-delhi). travel date: august 16 2014. PNR Number 2736684623 But because of some unforeseen circumstances we missed the train. I filed the TDR on august 17 2014 for the refund, clearly mentioning that the people were’nt ravelled. On august 21 2014 i got a mail from TDR department that the refund won’t be issued as the TDR was filed beyond time limit. which is not true. In my account on IRCTC teh ticket was always showing as eligible to file TDR, otherwise how how its possible that i filed it. I filed the TDR from IRCTC, which is possible only when it is with in the time limit. Please help me getting my refund from railways.
