I had purchased an LG mobile from sangeetha mobile on march 30th. It was covered with insurance for physical damage by united india insurance. On may 29th its front screen has been damaged and as per sangeetha mobile’s instruction my phone has been taken picked up by Onsite executive (third party who does the pick up & delivery service) for repair. They took almost one month for getting insurance approval and they got the same on 18th June and I have made the balance payment on same day. Today it is 21st of July and still I have not received my phone. Even onsite does not have nay clue on whether the phone is being repaired on not.

1.I have paid around 309 rupees. 2.My insurance also got exhausted for Rs. 1300 3.Phone bill around 500 rupees for calling to onsite for the last 54 days. 4.Waited for more than 50 days and even I have not received my phone back.
