Pl note that i hv purchased Lg Mobile phone model#P-765 dtd: 20.03.2013 from Mahipalpur center. after purchasing the above mobile very next day the problem started in the mobile of switiching off & on automatically nd front camera is also not working in proper condition nd there is one more problem which we are facing from the very next day is mobile is being formatting automatically w/out our any command. then we submit the same to service center nd they update th software but again we are facing the same above problem nd even they hv not provide us any job copy against the submittion of the mobile to their center(distt center branch).Now today again we hv submitted the moble with above branch(distt center) attd copy of receiving on their visiting which is totally unprofessionally way of handling the complaint of their esteemed customer. U are requested to look into the matter deeply

WE ARE FOLLOWING WITH THEM SINCE THE BEGINING WE PURCHASED THE MOBILE SET BUT EVERYTIME WE ARE JUST SUFFEREING NOT GETTING ANY RELIEF FROM THEIR SIDE. AS I HV PUT MY EFFORT MONEY OF AROUND INR 18000/- TO PURCHASE THIS SET. NOW I JUST NEED UR HELP ND I WANT TO CHANGE MY SET WITH NEW ONE
