I bought a LG nexus 4 Android phone on 9th June 2013, on 26th Aug 2014 after warranty periods over the faced serious hardware issue I.e the soft touch buttons stopped working. I tried factory reset, safe mode but the issue still remains. Its an issue with the digitizer (a hardware that connects screen and dive chip) which got damaged. LG have used poor hardware in this phone. Why selling such cheap product with high price and fool customers like me. When I faced this issue suddenly I started Google about it which said its not me only. So many users worldwide are already victim of this, even one my friend recently faced the same.

In relief I want free of cost fix to it or a brand new phone of this model as I have not done anything to it rather phone stopped working by it self. I have tried contacting the customer care center but they are not responding to this issue.
