Hi Team, I am really disappointed from the service of LG. My refrigerator is having leakage problem which could not be resolved by LG technician and he told me to replace the product. I took it in discount offer and replacement of my old refrigerator. He took over my original bill and cancelled cheque before 2 months for replacement formality. Since then I am following my complaint and Customer care executive is telling me that the same model is not in stock for Mumbai/Thane location. I requested him to have my same product from somewhere outside Mumbai/Thane location. He is not attending me properly. My registered mobile number for complaint – 93247 46688. Please do the needful asap

I just want my same model. I dont want refund. LG says – Model Not available in Stock in India My point: I have seen it at many other vendors’ showroom in Thane itself.
