We purchased 1.5 ton LG Split AC from CROMA (R-City) Ghatkopar branch on May 01, 2014 on exchange. Before purchasing the stores has given the commitment that the installation is free and hence we proceeded with the booking. Due to lack of stock the product was delivered on 10th May 2014. Till date the installation has not been done. I called CROMA several times and and registered my complaint and was told that someone from the customer support / service would get in touch with us within 24 hrs. However, no one has turned up or tried to contact us on phone. After every two days I contacted them and they used to register my complaint.

Customer Care Representatives also confirmed that the specific product that we purchased has free installation and provided me with the installation companies number. Sai Enterprises (Installation Company) was contacted and said that we have to pay the charges. I again gave a call back to register his complaint as the installation was free, they again registered a new complaint but again received no response from Croma stores people. Instead they kept on calling when to send their people to pick-up the old AC. Finally today the stores person called and said that he will speak to the AC installation person and will ask him to proceed with the installation without charges. My Dad, age 64 who visited the showroom on the same day was given a different answer was given by the Branch Manager and withdrawn all commitments. I feel they must be sharing some profits. Please do not purchase LG products from any of the showroom and also Croma has very poor customer service. Will request you all to think twice before visiting the shop. It was the first time that i ever booked a product from Tata Croma but upset with the service. The other brands like Vijay Sales, Snehanjali are really very good in comparison.

We demand FREE Installation.
