I have purchased LG LED TV. Providing you the details . Model No:42 LM3400-UC. SVC Code : 42 LM3400 -UC.AUSWLUR. Serial No : 212RMQK4H876 ( 5044 ) BEJ42LM3400UC. On 20/07/2013 the above said tv didnt get switched on. Called up LG Toll free No: 1800 180 9999. Registered Complaint : Complaint Reg No : 130724007405 dated 24/07/2013. Technician Came just visited and came to know from toll free no that the registered complaint has been closed. Again I registered . Complaint Reg No: 130807007012 dated 07/08/2013. Same as above technician came visited and went. Again called up toll free number. They gave Mr. Dawood Mobile NO. 9789777779. When i asked him he asked one day time. But didnt respond. After five days today I enquired. He just says this LG TV Model purchased abroad and we are not responsible for the warranty coverage. Since its LG brand and comes in warranty period they are supposed to rectify i believe.. and hope … so kindly help me regarding this.

I expect the particular part to be replaced. They do have the spares but they are denying.. Kindly do me the favor.
