My complaint i have booked complaint regarding LG TV Repairing against complaint no RNA 140703027338. Mechanic visited at site and told that picture tube has gone faulty, and expenditure will be near about five thousand, which will be payable in advance. but same TV has been repaired by local mechanic, on the cost just only Rs.300/-. the mechanic of LG repair center has made fool and taken Rs.225/- without any work by making fool. I have lodge my complaint in customer care of LG, in this regard then he provided a no 09811354xxx Mrs. Pooja Mathur, this lady is fully non cooperative, she cut phone many time during conversation and pickup phone after dialing many time. She is also not given satisfactory reply. and asking do as you wish. Kindly take action immediately please

take action against the person and refund my amount
