On 2nd of April I requested LG customer to change broken AC vent, The vent was broken by the technician while doing second free servicing couple of days back. Till date the parts did not get replaced and I can’t use my AC. I launched many complaints with LG customer care but all went in vain. Still my AC is lying in same condition.My complain number is RNA 140402081253

I want my AC to be fix as soon as possible. 12 days already past since I requested LG to repair the AC.
