LG washing machine – stopped working faulty poor service

Hi, My name is Vinod Naik, I had bought a washing machine from LG in the month of March-2014. It’s hardly been 3 months and the machine has stopped working completely. After reporting the same to the service center, the technician visited my place but left without fixing the problem and said he has to order a part. It’s been more than a week now and I haven’t heard anything from LG. What is the use of setting up a service center without any inventory of the parts needed. When I called the customer service yesterday, I was informed that the part has been ordered and is yet to be sent to Goa from either Noida or Pune. Complaint number: RNA140513041990 service center without any spare parts in it and thsy leave their customer waiting for weeks and months to get their problem fixed.

I want full refund or exchange of the washing machine with a new one as the its main board has gone faulty and once repaired it will still give problems in future and i’ll have to keep calling service center. hence i want a full refund or exchange with a new machine
