I ordered a lakme cc cream from shopclues.com. I am a regular user of this cream so i can identify between the quality of the one i use and the cream received from shopclues. the colour/shade, fragrance, consistency and application coverage is totally different from the original product bought from a lakme store.I had registered a complaint with shopclues but they refused to help with it saying it is not fake. i can send the product for quality check with complete assurance of it cheap quality. kindly help me with the same. i have send repeated mails to shopclues to check back with this but they refused.

i want them to return my money and stop the fraud to customers by providing cheap makeup products causing skin damage.
