We bought a new refrigerator from L.G. Shoppe Anil Electronics, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Agra on 03 June 2013. After the refrigerator was delivered, we realized the cooling was not happening properly in the main section, Not the freezer. It was not cooling enough to keep the eatable items intact. We contacted the dealer on 04 June 2013, next day, who immediately passed the baton to the LG support service. The LG support engineer visited us and checked the refrigerator. With the maximum cooling, the refrigerator is able to maintain the temperature of 5 degrees Celsius. Actually it should maintain the temperature of 1-2 degrees with the maximum cooling. The engineer had no solution to the problem. He left stating this is all normal. It appears there is some manufacturing defect since the problem is present since day 1. Please assist.
