I had applied for health insurance to Liberty-Videocon thru their agent Green Life[IRDA license no:DB482/10].The proposal was rejected because of my previous medical history.

I have no complaint re.the rejection but in spite of at least 20 mails,including one to the Managing Director of Green Life,I have not been able to get a refund of the money that I had paid them at the start. The executive at Liberty Videocon [Mr.Nilanjan Das]refuses to give me the E mail address of their grievance officer[who is also not in the IRDA list]but instead blames Green Life,whereas the Green Life executive[Mr.Dibyendu Dolai]blames Liberty Videocon.

Can you help ensure that ordinary consumers are not harassed in this manner by these money hungry companies?And also help me get my money back?
