My LIC Health Plus policy number is 395363328. I had submitted a claim on 18-12-2012 at LIC Office, Changanacherry. I had claimed the daily allowance only @1,000.00 per day for 18 days of hospitalisation. All papers were submitted. But till date there is no news. I had called the Kottayam office 2 weeks before and was told that the claim papers were send to Bangalore and processing was done by the Bangalore office. If this is the case of an issue of daily allowance, then what will be the matter of some hefty medical bills? I need the matter to be expedited. Why are you people behaving like this? Why on earth it is taking a span of 50 days. Why so much delay?
