Dear Sir, I had a Jeevan Rekha policy (T-152) from 28 Nov 2003. Policy Number – 321581127. Policy Holder Name- N Rajalingam. Policy was surrendered on 24 Oct 2012. after nine years. Policy is surrendered under discounted claim and was told that no bonus will be paid. i approached the branch for the calculation details do the bonus discount as bonus is payable if the policy surrendered after one year of policy period. No positive reply received… Request give me a details of calculations and reason for non payment of bonus be intimated . It is relevant to mention here that i was paid bouns from aprivate Insuance company after three years of policy period.

Payment of Ex-Gratia Surrender Value of Policy No:321581127 (Jeevan Rekha) received Rs.82564/- by NEFT whereas paid premium itself is more than 1.3 lakh rupees. Accrued bonus not causing financial difficulties
