I am a LIC pension policy holder, Policy name- New Jeevan Dhara-1/New Jeevan Suraksha Plan-1(with profit). Policy Number: 113489250. In 2012 my policy got matured. I redeemed 25% amount of the policy and converted the 75% amount into monthly pension plan. At the time of maturity LIC asked me to submit the original bond and i will get the original bond back with my 25% amount cheque. I did receive the cheque but i did not receive the original bond of the policy which i submitted to LIC. I have visited their office ( Branch Unit-311 Rajendra Bhawan, 3rd floor, Rajender Place, Delhi) many times but i am neither getting any positive response nor i have received my original bond yet.
