Tata DoCoMo 3G not Working on HTC SmartPhone

I ported my connection from Airtel to Tata Docomo on Jan 10,2014 in order to enjoy 3G services on my HTC Wildfire phone. I was regularly using Internet on Airtel but the connection was 2G since airtel is not providing 3G data in kerala. But after porting to Tata Docomo, I am unable to use internet. I raised the complaint to customer care. They asked me to use the manual settings which they provided multiple times. The settings which they provided are APN Name : TATA DOCOMO INTERNET APN: TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNEThvc or APN: TATA.DOCOMO.INTERNET Other fields to be left as it is I’ve tried all the ways provided by them. But i was not able to access internet on my phone(HTC Wildfire) . When i used the same sim provided by them in my wife’s phone, automatic settings got downloaded and I was able to use internet easily. When i intimated this matter to the Tata Docomo customercare, they closed the complaint registered by me saying that it is the issue related to the mobile handset that i am using. But I am able to browse internet when I am using any other provider’s (airtel,idea,BSNL etc) sim in my phone. I decided to use consumer court as the last resort as i tata docomo has already closed the complaint.

I demand that either the provider must ensure that I will be able to connect to the internet using this sim or they will have to allow me to port my connection to some other provider within 5 days(currently the period is 3 months).
