I’d like to bring to your notice baout the very harsh and rude behavior of Sony Customer Care and Service Center located at Andheri, Mumbai. They are harassing users and not ready to return handset. Sony service center has andheri have done this for the 3rd time with me and also many of my friends have complain against them. Very rude behavior by the 2 mentioned above and unnecessary inspection charges have been levied when the phone was not even opened The behavior by these 2 was like they are owners of the company. If a strict action is not taken against this care center then i will be forced to take this to higher authorities.

I need the sony care center at andheri need to be trained on how to behave with their customers and these 2 mentioned above need to be taught a lesson for their rude voice and their behavior with women.
