Zovi.com Online Shopping No Refund for Size Problems

I had ordered for a reverse order for a pair of denims because the size did not fit me. 1st of all the site did not arrange for a pick up and asked me to courier the product. Secondly they gave me a wrong postal address on which it was to be couriered. I called them up again and again and also gave them the phone number of the courir service(DTDC) to arrange for a pick up from there. But of no use. They did not get it picked and then the product came back top bangalore. Now they are not even transferring my call to their reverse order department.

I have couriered the product which cost me Rs. 150. Apart from that i have made innumerable number of calls to them. I want my product to be replaced with the one i want and apart from that they should also give the amount in cash for the courier i had sent and also account for my phone bills.
