had purchased a solar geyser from Medors Renewable Energy, Khera kalan, G T Karnal Road Delhi vide receipt no 236 dated 4/1/11 and paid vide cheque no 051701 dated 4/1/2011 drawn on hdfc bank. The Geyser was installed at my residence A-1325, Gaur Green Avenue, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad 201014 2) I completed all the forms/undertakings together with the photograph of the installed system and handed these over to the representative of Medors for onward submission to NEDA. 3) I have since been following up with Medors for the subsidy amount. Ultimately on July 11 I received a mail from Shivis (Medors) (copy enclosed for ready reference) that I should follow up with Mr. Panday,Project office at mobile no 9415609064 NEDA.

I responded that I was not supposed to follow-up as they had committed to get me the subsidy amount. None the less, on my request for details to be able to follow-up, I received a mail communicating that my file number is 140 dated 20/2/2011( these mails are attached) 4) I made numerous calls to Mr Pandey, unsuccessfully. 5) Out of sheer frustration I wrote to STFI also 6) STEFI directed me back to Medors who claimed that the file has been lost and asked me to refill the forms which i did 7) I received confirmation from Medors on August 28, 2013 that they have received the forms and will submit. 8)Sept 27, Medors directs me to follow up with NEDA 9) I have since been requesting them for the filing details to enable me to follow up with commitment to give details on October 30, but still no details 10) Medors is not responding to replace a tube during warranty.
