Dear Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that, further I’ve received three phone calls and a sms from Life Cell mentioning ” The storage fee for your baby’s stem cells is overdue for Rs. 3,500/-. Pay now to continue the preservation of stem cells.” But as per agreement, Rs. 24,990/- is pending only and that will be paid at my baby’s first birthday (i.e. after 01-Jan-15). As a well known company (life cell) they had no proper documentation or filing/ data be which they can find anything of customer at a time easily. Why they are harassing repeatedly to their client like me like this. Humbly requesting you please teach them strongly so that they can remember for long time. I want permanent solutions in this. Penalize them or compensate to me if possible so that they can’t do this type of mental harassment to anybody and remember forever.
