B Gold” Blood test. on Enquire From Ispat General Hospital Rourkela , it is come to my knowledge that this Testing Laboratory Situated at Mumbai & Blood Collection Centre In Rourkela any Religare Connected Laboratories but This T . B Gold Blood Test is Done in the course Blood Drown is received by testing Laboratory within 24 Hours. So we discussed with Religare Connected Laboratory “ Life Diagnostic Centre” Bisra Road Rourkela. Phone No.06612512929,2502930 They agree & Told that if you give the blood at evening Time near about 7 .00 P.M , we may sent the Blood In special JAR to BBSR by Courier in 7.30 P. M & From BBSR The Blood will Reach Mumbai by flight before Evening. They agree to take Responsible for the work and taken all charges Including Blood Testing Rs. 2350.00 ( Rupees Two Thousands Three hundred fifty ). I Pay same amount Rs.2350.00 To “ life Diagnostic Centre “ Rourkela and They Drown the Blood of My Mother on 04/12/2013 ( Wednesday) at 6.40 PM. Receipt No. 57 Dated. 4/12/2013. On Getting Report I astonish to see that it in written clearly on Report ( Accession No 0002ML015836) that Blood Drown on 05/12/2013 – 18.00 Received on 06/12/2013 – 01.26 Reported on 07/12/2013 – 17.49 It is clear from report that the blood received by testing laboratories Mumbai on 6/12/2013 at 1. 26 P.M but actually blood drown on 4/12/2013 at 6.40 P. M at “ Life Diagnostic Centre Rourkela. That means blood drown to testing during period are 42 Hours. Not within 24 Hours So Blood is not good Condition for “ T. B Gold “ Testing so Present Costly Testing Report is not Valid for Proper Medical Investigation. My Mother age about 62 years in suffering from Disease, and My Self Harassed Physically and mentally, wastage of time & wastage of money.

Pray- I want our Money Return – expenditure with compensation for Harassing, Physically Mentally & Delay in Treatment for Suspected Report.
