LIFESTYLE (wrangler) – Jeans Have manufacturing default

I have an issue with the way LIFESTYLE deal with the Manufacturing defect in the jeans(wrangler). I bought the wrangler jeans in fresh worth RS 2085 on Feb.The issue in jeans is that the size which is mentioned in the jeans is waist size is 32 and it is actually 36,I didn’t take trial the jeans when I purchased it as I have been wearing the Wrangler jeans since many years and that fit(32) is Ok to me.I visited the LifeStyle store twice of times to reolve this but didn’t get the satisfactory answer,Even their tailor confirms that this jeans waist size is bigger then 34.They took the jeans for Quality check and they told me that they will call me once the issue is resolved.They didn’t call me for a month so I have to go and ask for the status,They said it can not be changed as you took it on sale,I CONFIRMED THEM THAT IT WAS NOT ON SALE ,IT IS FRESH PIECE,then I asked to call the store manager and TWO HEAVY WEIGHT PERSONS(Sundaram,Sunil) came to me and was threatening me that it can not be changed. So to my surprise People come to Big Brand like LIFESTYLE just to have comfort that if there is some thing problem happens it will change and they were handling their customer in this way. Anyways, it was a bad experience and just wanted to share it with you. See if something can be done in this regard. But this is not expected out of such a famous and big chain.

I want that LIFESTYLE should issue credit note of worth 2100 or should provide GIFT VOUCHER of worth 2100 so that I can purchase another jeans.
