Lloyds Air Conditioner Faulty Installation

We have purchased a 2 ton A/C LLOYDS company on 5-5-2014 by bi no 2265 from bell electronics mode.no:LS24A3LN S.No-00387 iN00436, but after months only in warranty period the gas was leaked even tho the company mechanic installed it.they have filled the gas after some discussion, free of cost, and the same repeated again in months and they said to pay but the company manager interfere and filled it free of cost again we said to replace the unit which is beakdown time to time but vain till date and now the same is repeating and they want the charges to repair but they does not want to replace as we discussed on phone to 18001083666 today 13.30 time and again call from 7670956909 at 14.19 time said the dealer not ready to give because it is out of warranty, so i said i will complaint to yo, they said ok do as you like we are not afraid at all. before this we complained many time if you check the customer care complaint site one of the no.LEE0310 15546545 and more.

One more thing the toll free number was not updated till date as i inquired on india to free no and have this no i.e.18001083600. if things happen like this who will belief the company no response from the company. we want to replace the unit at any cost.they have given our phone number to mechanic by name mr. younus from nampally asked us whether to come for repair i asked you told our manger by name mani as told, do you now the fault no but my charges are 350 INR and problem extra after checking the unit. the a/c does not cool because of gas leakage and manufacturing defect was told by than company mechanic.already its near by two years, others a/c’s we took of 1.5 tons are good from the same bell electronics sir they are saying that it is out of warranty period when first problem arised we told to re-pace it but the bell as told that we are there nothing to worried at all, but today when the customer care lady by name solka contacted bell mr.suresh he told it out of warranty, then another person also contacted me and we will see and in the mean time the mechanic as called and i told to wait response from the company and then i am complaining you sir. at any cost we want the new unit or compensation to buy a new 2 tons a/c. before the summary starts sir because my sister is a heart patient that why we have purchased the 2 ton a/c. hope we wil get the new unit as soon as possible. thanking you sir D.C.MOHAN (MSW)
