I, Krishan Kumar, purhased Llyod portable Air Conditioner(Model LP12HC) Seril no. 81437Z12070301503567 from Sowndarya Shopee, Visakhapatnam on 09/03/2013 for 24490/-( Rupees Twenty four Thousand Four Hundred Ninety only) vide Bill no. VSS-6568 dated 09/03/2013.I moved th Jhajjar, Haryana in Mar 2013. When I started using it in May 13 it did not function properly. It intermittently tripped just after running for 10-15 minutes. I lodged many complaints (no. LEEL 16051399823 dated 16/05/13, 030613121341 dated 03/06/13,250613140894 dated 25/06/13,160713155153 dated 16/07/13,020813165238 dated 02/08/1 and 020813165245 dated 02/08/13) through Llyod customer care but no avail.

I want my money to be refunded along with appropriate compensation for physical and mental suffering during these days.
