one of our local marchent,having business at his own residential(came to know that the merchant have not the trade licence)selling the old and expired product,also not giving the cash memo to the customer .proprietor of the matchent is Sandip Bhattacharya. I purchaes some of the baby food product with emergency and due to that now my son is admitted at the hospital(columbia asia)due to food poison. please help to get the resolution so that non of other will not face the same problem in future.

first time the hospital charged 53000/- and now ageing my son has hospitalised and don’t know how much it will be.

need my money back as compensation.
