I have booked a 1 BHK flat in casa rio Adriatica D 306, project by Lodha group near Dombivali in the year 2011 July and subsequently I have requested my bank for the full disbursement and I made the same in the year 2012 and the builder has promised to give the possession after 9 months, however I got a letter from the builder regarding the delay in possession mentioning the reason of non availability of construction materials, and they assured in their letter that the possession of my flat would be given in the month of July 2013. Again on 14th Jun 2013 I have recd a phone call from the builder’s office stating that the possession of the flat would in August 2014.

I have given full disbursement and I am paying the EMI from the day from the registration of my flat i.e almost 2 yr.Builder should give the interest on this amount . Because of this delay i need to stay in the rented house for 1 more year for which I need pay the rent Rs 12000/- per month.

Monetary benefit. Interest on my disbursed amount for the delay @ 18% . Rent of the Rs 12000/- per month till he gives the possession. Mental harassment – Rs 100000
