have booked a flat no 501- A- Beverlee with Lodha Developers on 04/11/2012. At the time of booking a Gold coin worth Rs 20,000/= was promised,which is not received yet. I have paid more than 95% of the cost of the flat and now they say that I am not eligible for the gold coin. I was constantly following up with them and even received an sms saying the gold is sent to the head office. Now they say the employee who sent the sms has left company. To get bookings the sales team gives promises orally and back out when the time comes. Why the eligibility issue was not pointed out when I booked the flat? I had booked the flat seeing the reputation of Lodha Developers, but I find even they are not transparent. Each and every bill for payment raised by Lodha Developers is paid by me on time without default, aggregating to Rs.36,00,000/=. It is a pity that Rs 20,000/= cannot be paid to a genuine customer like me.

Keep their promise and provide the Gold Coin worth Rs.20,000/=
