On 5/11/14. at the l’opera outlet, select citywalk,saket, i placed an order for a vegetable quiche and coffee,. after taking a first bite i was horrified to discover non veg stuff in the quiche. i informed the staff about it and reluctantly they admitted their mistake. the casual attitude with which i was served a non veg dish in place of the veg dish, has deeply hurt my religious sensibilities ,as i am a vegetarian. the L’opera outlet is located in such an exclusive mall and has a name for itself and such negligence on their part should be brought to book.

the maximum relief due to me would not be able to avenge my loss of faith and hurt religious sentiments., still i would want them to be penalized so that such exclusive and exorbitant outlets don’t take customers for a ride.
