I have a number in my special 5 zone. from tomorrow spcial 5 scheme is not working.i.e, it is deducting usual rates which is more than 20paisa/mint.i have called up castomer care a number of times. but they r simply not coopering. i have asked for my complaint number, which i have not reveived yet. and the last executive to whom i have talked was worse. she told me my problem will be solved on 20th december. 5 days are needed to solve such a silly problem!! i cant believe this. is this how airtel,a private company,works?
