Airtel pre-paid mobile connection

I took an Airtel connection submitting all my necessary documents on 20.11.2011 from one of telephone booth in Samudragarh, Dist. – Burdwan, West Bengal. On 24.11.2011, I received one SMS stating that “Dear Customer, we have not yet received your documents, please check with the Airtel Retailer for for submission of the same. Please ignore if already submitted”. Since I had submitted the documents so I did not give any importance to this message. On 30.11.2011, I received another SMS “Dear Customer, due to non receipt of Prepaid Enrolment Formyour services are barred. Please submit your completes APEF to resume services”. The next day when I contacted the retailer, he informed me that my documents were sent the very next day and he also assured me that he will check the matter with Airtel and inform me. But after several attempts to contact him and after several days I got the information that my documents were rejected and I need to submit the documents again. Accordingly, I submitted my documents on 05.12.2011 again. Till date neither my service has been resumed nor I have received any information from Airtel. On 07.12.2011, I lodged complaint online to Airtel, my reference no. is PR120700038 and I was promised that Airtel will get back to me in 2 working days, but till date there is any response.

Can anybody suggest me what I should do and what policies this Airtel maintain?
