Lost HDFC Debit Card Not Blocked – No Customer Service

I lost my HDFC Bank Debit Card and got to know about the incident next day at the time of online transaction. There was no message from bank for other transactions sent to my registered mobile no 9891717788. I logged the complaint for those 6 transaction (approx 13000 rupees) which is done by some one else and blocked the card on 1st Nov 2013. Till 83 days i have not received any satisfactory solution from bank. Every time i am getting response wait for 2 days , 4 days, talk to phone banking , visit the branch , its under process. I have submitted all the required document to the Bank and yet carelessness on their part for the same is no more acceptable to me and I request speedy resolution ASAP.
