I had ordered a Christmas tree online on the 9/12/2014.Order#100000519.they charged me Rs 4999 and as per the website lotofstock the product was to be delivered in3-4 days.I’ve sent mails n repeatedly called their number but there had been no response.once got in touch with their chat forum n they gave me an airway bill number of blue dart but it was incorrect.

If they are unable to deliver the product on time,I need to be informed about it and the money refunded so that I can purchase the Anne product from somewhere else.
