I had ordered Nokia 520 on 7 Jan 2014, but till date the phone isn’t delivered yet. Please help as they are not contactable over on call or emails. I’ve already made the payment of Rs. 7227 via my Visa debit card.

I want my full money with compensation not the phone. I want compensation as they’ve used my money for their own purpose.
