this began with when i took a pre billed idea post paid no(a net setter no for which i paid 3600 in advance and was promised 3gb data every month till 6months) but the pain started to begin when my 1st bill was generated i was charged of total data exceding 2gb instead of 3———-for the matter i approached the local idea office from where i brought my net setter the assured me that the matter will be rectified and refund will be processed—so it happened similar happened in 2nd month—i approached them again—–bill was rectified in a matter of 7 days and was assured that problem is solved and i will not have similar issues from next bill but to my disgrace similar happened in 3rd bill i was given no of mr sandeep( some one from zonal office)he got the problem rectified and made similar assurance of not repeating the problem.. but same happened with 4 th bill…… and even similar with 5th…..now this was enough i called mr sandeep and had a heated argument with him he assured me of correcting the issue to not this was my fifth bill i decided i had enough and did not want the no any more so i approached regional office and had my no closed but the fifth bill was not corrected and i was charged late payment for approx 2 month for a bill which was incorrect and a no which i was not using today(23-1-2014)i recived a call from no 9911030401( some isha chauhan)and his alliance the called me and told that idea is filling a case against me in delhi court i was scared what did i do the told me that outstanding at my no is 854 and if did not pay it by today i will be summoned by court(not forgetting to mention that they said that i have been surved the 2 notices which i did not recieve) scaring me in name of court i was forced to pay a bill which even companies mr sandeep agreed should not be genrated(should be zero)

1.i want all the money(economic damage back) 2.the person making the call should be punished 3.idea should be charged for mis management i should be compensated for mental truma
