sir, i dr amol chawhan have paid rs 16000 for country club vacation.but we want to cancel it and want a refund of the amount for the following reasons 1. were promised some benefits of membership of club by marketing personal which r not supposed to be actual like booking of lawn ,guest house ,ac hall etc. 2. were told that club at undri is ready which is still in construction phase and will take 7- 8months to complete.seen myself had a visit there. 3. were told that u can bring ur own caterer for the hall booked which is not the reality when enquired. 4.also got e report form my friend that whatever is promised on the day of agreement is not at all fulfilled later who has been a club member since one year. 5. were told on phone that u er eligible for free gift and will be eligible for a lucky draw for swift car which was not the reality. kindly note my complaint and take action at the earliest.
