I have purchased TVS Star Sport in January,2012. I had drive this bike for almost 8500 Kms only. After 6000 kms, the tyres of bike got flat. My bike is getting punctured very frequently. I complained to TVS motor Dealer ‘Gulzar TVS’ for the problem from where I purchased the bike, but they refused by saying that we didn’t cover Tyres under warranty. One day, my bike tube got full damaged by puncture, and I have to replaced the tube with new. I again complained to Gulzar TVS for the problem. They again refused. Moreover, as mentioned by them that Milage of TVS star sport is 82.9 km/litre but I am getting only 55 km/litre even driving the bike upto a limit of speed 50 km per hour.

I have spent a lot for repairing punctures and even suffered kilometres of hand driven the bike for exploring the person to repair the tube for puncture. 2. I am not getting the specified average of 82.9 km per litre. I am spending more per litre as compared to another bikes.

I want to replace my Tyre tubes with new one under Warranty. 2. Replace/repair the engine so that I get the specified average of 82.9 km per litre
