Dear Sir/Madam, My Nokia 720 Phone is in Nokia service center which is under Two Types of warranty for any mishape with phone but they are not Accepting it – as per below- 1)Reliance ResQ Insurance Policy for reliance customer who buy phone from their Reliance digital store and Taken charge Rs 2000/- L/S for phone security if anything happened after 1 year from date of purchase for next two year . it will be applicable after first year of company warranty . One day morning My phone was switched Off and i was not able to on it. than i bring my phone to Nokia Center and Nokia engineer said my phone got very minor damage from inside(As per Nokia center) that is why it is not working and for repairing they are demanding Money . than i thought i can utilize my ResQ policy and went to Reliance ResQ and Submitted my phone. and after few days i got call from Reliance ResQ and He said my phone is not repairable and it is very costly for me i required my phone any how…? 2)Nokia Extended Warranty – They are saying it physical damage are not allow in this warranty .
