I purchased a LYF Water 4 Mobile on 3.9.16 from M/s. Mobile Xpress, Madurai vide Bill No.33762 dated 3.9.16 through your Sales Representative, Mr. Pandi Murugan. He gave one Jio sim. On the cover of the sim card only ICCID Number and IMSI Number are printed. No Mobile number is printed. Your representative told that he would arrange to allot a fancy number for that sim and it would be activated on or before 7.9.16. So far it has not been activated. He has not informed me the cell number also. Whenever I contact him I get only evasive reply. In the phone only “No service-Jio 4G” is displayed. I expected better service from a renowned company like Reliance. Please look into my complaint seriously and help me in getting the sim activated. My contact number is : 09043803908. Farook YMI
