I was send a product from Madhur Courier to homeshop18 for refund of my Rs.2000/- the company & homeshop18 executive said to me, you will send the Product Delivered Proof (POD) to our email id so will refund of our amount but Courier company not give me the POD. I am calling lots of time to the branches but they will not giving the suitable reason for the POD copy & any time they take my no. & said we will call you but not reply me any more and they are very rudely in communication also. Courier no is 6010830043 Date 25-10-2013 but its not delivered 17-12-2013 more than 1, 1/2 months. Lots of call & visit to the branches & the parcel delivered to 18-12-2013.

I want compensation for visit to the branches, lots calls & wasting my time.
